Healthy Eating Active Living Strategy Tracking

A Boulder County Healthy Eating and Active Living (HEAL) Team, made up of community members and organizations,  works to collectively align existing and new interventions related to healthy eating, active living, and healthy weight to prevent obesity and improve the health of children 0-18 in Boulder County, with a focus on early childhood.

The HEAL Team is especially dedicated to improving health among groups that are disproportionately affected by obesity, diabetes, and other diseases associated with the lack of healthy eating and active living opportunities.
